Great owners is the main subject of this stay! They were very friendly, we had a lot of fun with their huge farm 😊

It is very natural and beautiful. You can take your own fresh eggs under chickens. Rabbits, sheep, ducks, cats and dogs was very nice. Staff is lovely and very helpful. I loved here and will come again. Extra thanks to Katya. Terrace was well designed and watching stars at night is excellent.

Internet should be better, maybe using access points is useful.

Both Pino & Katia were so nice and hospitable. We loved the little farm and having pizza together. You should be fine with having animals around, we loved it.

The building is newly renovated. We had a large room and bed with a balcony but it was too hot to enjoy the balcony in early September. The owner had a large bottle of water in the fridge for us which add great. The TV, wardrobe was super large sized but we didn’t use it. The bathroom was large too.

There was nothing in the room to make it comfortable. The fridge was too small, no kettle, no coffee machine, no cups and not even a duvet on the bed, just a bedsheet. It’s like the owner was afraid we’d steal something. It was suitable for 1 night but not more. We climbed to the top floor and this was just too many stairs even with small suitcases. The area it is located in, is uninspiring. It was the cheapest option near Cagliari that night but compared to other accommodation we stayed in, we found it expensive.

We had a wonderful stay at Katia's place! Katia was incredibly kind and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, making it perfect for a short visit. Villasimius itself is an absolute paradise, with stunning beaches and beautiful scenery all around.

The hosts were great- Invited me to a lively and luscious dinner with great tasting food and endless drinks from Wine, beer to the local Mirta appertiv

Location was hard to find at night. Last minute rental on a crowded summer day. The Festive Dinner made it an exceptional experience.

staff are very nice. apartment had no windows but for 1 night stay it is ok. they have some ant problem but they try to get crumbs from kitchen which is right next to entrance door. overall good value for money
