"Very comfortable and walking distance from a lot of places ."

I really enjoyed the spacious rooms and great amenities .

The owner or property manager came in unannounced to work in the front room. He was very polite but it was weird knowing he was in the house . The walls are super thin. Had trouble sleeping with all the noise from the street . The motion sensor from the alarm kept beeping a lot of us up too.

"Superb"

Nice location. Many street restaurants near the entrance door of the building. 10-15 minutes walk from city center. Apartment in spaceuos and clean. 2 nice bathrooms.

While using 3 air conditioners at the same time, after some time electricity shuts down and it can manually turned back on from electric cabinet on the ground floor of the building.
