Eleven Guest House

Koba est très accueillant et bienveillant à l’égard de ses invité. Il a prévu plein d’espace pour qu’on s’y sente bien et est toujours ravi de pouvoir partager son enthousiasme et ses connaissances sur Kutaisi et ses environs. C’était super de partager un moment avec lui!

À part un chien du voisinage qui a aboyé un moment une nuit sur les trois que nous avons passés ici, tout était top pour nous!

Koba es una gran persona. Recuerdo las conversaciones en la terraza esperando a que descampe. Su madre es encantadora y tiene un precioso jardín (el viñedo es de Koba). La cocina está completamente equipada y muy acogedora. La cama muy cómoda. Es un buen sitio para descansar si viajas en bici. Si vuelvo a Kutaisi repetiré.

It’s a must visit, you feel like home. Relax and enjoy their hospitality. You stay like local and it’s a beautiful atmosphere with a lot of love and respect

Koba was very welcoming. Room was very clean, garden was very relaxing and the place was well kept and there’s a nice chill out area!

Everything. The guesthouse is brand new and made very beautifully with eye for detail. There even is a very cozy and spacious common room to watch movies, make music, hang out and simply chill. It feels like a home and the owner is extremely friendly. Highly recommend. I’ll be back :)

Very friendly owner, beautiful garden, overall lovely place.

I had a very good stay! The rooms are very nice - the garden is awesome. The host is really friendly and interested in his guest. Also the wine he is doing at home is really good! I can definitely recommend this accommodation.
