Ho soggiornato in questo casa B&B e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo. La proprietaria è stata incredibilmente gentile e accogliente, sempre disponibile e attenta a ogni dettaglio per farci sentire come a casa. L’atmosfera è calda e familiare, e si percepisce subito la cura con cui gestisce la struttura. Un soggiorno piacevole sotto ogni aspetto — lo consiglio assolutamente!

Il posto si trova sotto un ponte dove passa la ferrovia, se avete il sonno leggero non è il posto per voi. Nessuno di noi comunque ha avuto questo problema.

Ottima posizione e ambienti puliti, arredamenti semplici ma completi e nuovi. Quando tornerò a Genova certamente opterò di nuovo per questa sistemazione.

Great location, really close to the beach and super easy to get to grocery stores (Gulliver & Ekom). Some nice restaurants nearby as well as fish monger’s shop and fresh pasta store.

The apartment is right next to a train track. Needles to say more, sound proofing could be a lot better. Noise from outside was disturbing and upstairs neighbour’s haptic walking in early morning hours took away some of that holiday feeling. Finally while the kitchen had basic amenities the one thing that stuck was that the exhaust hob was not connected to anything and hadn’t been cleaned in ages 😂 But all in all nothing that would make us not to return in the future.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem Mieszkanie czyszte,duze,przestronne dobrze urządzone z wygodnymi łóżkami. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko plazy, dworca kolejowego, przystanku autobusowego oraz super marketu. Polcem to mieszkanie ponieważ okolica jest spokojna czysta a bliskość dworca kolejowego i plazy oraz sklepów jest naprawdę istotna. WŁASCIELKA bardzo uczciwa i pomocną osoba czym mogliśmy sie przekonać

Brak klimatyzacji w jednym pokoju to jedyny maly minusik tego mieszaknia

Appartement très agréable, fonctionnel, bonne literie. Hôte très accueillant, réactif. Proche d une jolie plage et proche du bus pour Genes et Nervi. Place de stationnement proche gratuite. Bref une bonne adresse

Présence d une gare proche avec passage de train mais double vitrage permettant de limiter le bruit et air conditionné gardant l appartement au frais

Немного мешал поезд рядом,но это развлекались детей так что это мелочи
