TWTWTW老闆親切，當天主動連繫入住時間。到社區大門時詳細說明鑰匙所在。第一道社區大門磁扣使用；另說明二進家大門使用第二個磁扣進入，接著是進入套房房間。說明的很清楚讓旅人輕鬆入住。房間乾淨，佈置的很雅緻。二樓公共空間有自助咖啡機以及完善的廚房設備可使用。隔天早上老闆親送當地現做早餐。非常貼心。很棒的住宿經驗，有機會會再入住。另外老闆還提供腳踏車免費使用，讚！

TWTW絕佳的舒適住宿體驗！絕對會再回訪！房間與衛浴的設施舒適程度超乎預期，一點潮濕霉味等問題都沒有，像全新的一樣的設備並且充滿香味。隔音也很優，床的彈性剛好非常好睡，管家親切無比且超級貼心，非常非常喜歡整體服務與環境，雖然此次行程僅是快速停留竹山一晚，但真的很慶幸後來選擇訂這間！
