"5* host and property; book if you can and you won’t be disappointed"

Maria is an excellent host. Her property is lovely - location excellent and the garden and roof terrace - overlooking beach - lovely. Breakfast in the garden excellent and we loved the antique flooring and nice style touches. Bus stop 50m away with c4-5 buses an hour going into town centre; 50m away from beach in opposite direction. It’s excellent VFM too - book, you won’t be disappointed. Rough Guide rates this as nicest accommodation in Cagliari - we can see why….

Nothing - especially at this price. It’s too cheap!!

Fantastiskt läge nära stranden! Huset var så fint och vackert möblerat. Så vackra golv!! Takterrass och fin trädgård att vistas i. Möjlighet att fixa kaffe och the. Mycket vänligt och hjälpsamt bemötande av värden Maria Luce. Kan varmt rekommendera boendet!

Villino antico e riadattato con gusto ed eleganza. Vicinissimo al mare…. Basta attraversare il lungomare del Poetto. Marialuce (un ospite simpaticissima) è gentilissima e pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza! Da riprenotare assolutamente.

Posizione ottima perchè adiacente alla spiaggia del Poetto, anche se non siamo andati a Cagliari per il mare ma solo per fare un giro in città prima di ripartire; comoda anche la vicina fermata dei mezzi pubblici per andare in centro senza dover prendere l'auto; bello il giardino, molto curato, con possibilità di fare colazione o, eventualmente, consumare un pasto da asporto all'aperto. Molto cordiale ed efficiente la signora Maria Luce!!

La camera è un po' piccola, anche se ben organizzata, mentre il bagno è comodo.
