The building, location, and balcony view are all very nice. The host also made an effort to be responsive during the stay.

I understand that I booked on the same day, but since the accommodation was available, it should have been properly prepared for arrival. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. There was no toilet paper, no soap, and although I specifically requested a washing machine, there was no laundry detergent. On top of that, there was dirty laundry left inside the machine and clothes still on the drying rack. After I contacted the host, she did send toilet paper and body wash (which can substitute for soap), but no laundry detergent. The apartment also had a strong, unpleasant smell, as if it hadn’t been aired out. The bedding was damp when the bed was made, which made it uncomfortable and added to the musty smell. Additionally, the hot water didn’t work (despite checking everything), and the washing machine was difficult to operate since the switch was hidden behind it. While the host was somewhat responsive, she wasn’t very proactive, and overall, the issues were not properly resolved.

I like location and the security system of the building.

I was having little trouble with the noise from the neighbouring apartment 103 to be specific 😅, other than that everything is perfect 👌.

Always a great experience returning here. The facilities are well maintained, excellent and responsive host, adequate and secure parking and absolutely beautiful views
