I love their properties, recently stayed in Mcleodganj now here in kasol... everything was perfect

Nothing. Do not pay advance to such stays. This stay is across the river where vehichle cannot reach. When you will reacha at property they will ask you to do a half kms trek across the river and if you have luggage they will ask you to pay 100 rupees per bag to porter to carry it across the river. If you really want to travel Kasol get some hotel near Israeli Market so that you can roam around. Because from Properties like Himtrek you will require tremedous amount of motivation in order to get up and do a tiring trek to reach on the main road from where the main attractions are around 3-4 Kms away. But if you want to sleep in your hotel room go with the properties such as Himtrek Kasol.

Hidden charges like porter or luggage carrier via Zipline. They have created a new scam to get advance money so that even you do not want to do a half mile trek to their property they will have their advance amound in their pockets. Such bad experiece with me and my friends. Totally not worth it to stay here. Their are other riverside properties where you can prefere where you taxies can reach or they offer free of cost luggage carrying to their properties.
