Hotel Blue Horizon

Fantastic hotel. They helped us arrange our flights, change them when we were unwell, looked after our bags on multiple occasions, and linked us with an excellent local trekking company, who arranged our Three Passes trek. Great breakfast too, and many lovely garden and balcony areas to relax. Highly recommend to all - you would struggle to find better value for money.

The staff was very welcoming. The overall vibe of the hotel was nice and cozy. The location was good and next to the central part of the city.

This is literally one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff is SO NICE. I was sick for over a week while I was here and every morning, I was asked how I was doing. I think I had them send food up to my room a dozen times because I was too sick to leave my bed. Even though I was traveling solo, I felt like I had kind people looking out for me. I'm convinced you won't find service like this anywhere else in Kathmandu. This is the only place I'll stay when I come back. Also, the beds are very comfy and the rooms are spacious and super clean. Thank you so much for making my stay so comfortable!!

Excellent location in Thames, down a quite side street so away from excessive noise Staff could not do enough for us and were always very helpful and polite. Even opened up for Breakfast half an hour earlier just for me when I had to leave for airport Nice garden area for a drink and relax

This place was super, from the beginning right to the end. Puspa [the boss] went out of his way, along with the rest of the staff, to make you feel welcome. Every guest was welcomed so warmly and you were made feel at home.The location is so perfect, just off the main road but so quiet, so peaceful. As you sit in the garden you could not imagine you were so close to the centre of the action. I had a mishap while I was there and Puspa went over and beyond in helping me to get things sorted. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thanks again Puspa!

I genuinely could not fault this hotel. It was great value for money, so friendly, so quiet yet so close to the busy streets.
