Great location and very pretty

1) uncomfortable beds..woke up with neck pains. 2) I was on ground floor and was woken up by others in the corridors 3) Housekeeping just opened the door without knocking

The room was clean, staff was helpful.

The shower was difficult to set up - temperature and water pressure.

The friendly staff

There are a lot to tell about this hotel: i think the hotel once was a popular hotel but now it is just very worn out. We booked double bed room with garden view to have more space for our son’s crib. However we were give a small room with a king bed with a window to a corridor (so no fresh air) no ac and no window in bathroom (this means 0% ventilation). So we checked our reservation and went to reception so only the women there tells us yes we change your room but know that double room means for two person but not two beds (WHAT? 🙄). The new room was on second floor with windows to another building (not a big deal but why advertise a room that you dont even have?). Then we took our toddler to the pool which is indeed very nice however ice cold. We packed him and ran up to hot shower only to find out that shower takes 20 min to warm up. Anyhow , after dinner we came back to just sleep but the pillows were just horrible. All in all people were super friendly but the hotel is just old and doesn’t worth 78€ a night.

Nice, clean and good value. Good location and friendly staff.

Shower was not great, it just need to be repaired or replaced for a new one. Pillows might algo need to be replaced.

The restaurant prices were too high for the food quality. The room was very small with a full size bed that wasn't comfortable.
