Bardzo zaangażowana i pomocna właścicielka, okolica bardzo spokojna, możliwość parkowania autem przy obiekcie, bezobsługowe zameldowanie.

Brak ciepłej wody, problemy kanalizacyjne - smród w łazience, niska jakość wyposażenia apartamentu. Brak kosza na śmieci przed obiektem. Niedezynfekowana klimatyzacja.

The whole room smelled or sewers cold shower (no warm or hot water - the button for warm water didn't work) Killed 100 mosquitoes and 100 more appared out of thin air each night. Probably through the bathroom ventilation cause there was no filter behind it.

We found our room in extremely unsanitary condition- there were used honey and creamer , dirty utensils. The floor was dirty and there was a month old receipt on the floor. The room was dusty, and worst of all- there was a smeared bloodstain on the bed frame. When we asked for our money back they declined our request stating that it wasn’t possible, despite us finding our room in such horrific state. They offered another room, next to ours but we despite that there was no blood stain nor dirty packages everything was the same and not sanitary. The entrance door to the room has a 2 centimetre gap between the floor tiles, so you have no privacy. You could hear everyone and everything. Fridge was loud and during the night it was really uncomfortable. One of the wooden frames from under the bed fell the very first night. Water in shower is SALTY and is warm only for 5 minutes ONLY IF A BUTTON OUTSIDE THE ROOM IS PRESSED. Last but not least, the person that was cleaning the rooms did absolutely nothing other than folding (not even properly) the top bed sheets. Extremely disgusting and disappointing room.

Il piccolo frigo e l’arredamento

- la camera è piccolissima e per due persone a stento ci si entra - i letti bassissimi e duri così come i cuscini molto duri - la tenda presenta una corda che non si chiude e ho dovuto usare un elastico per tutta la durata della permanenza per riuscire a tenere chiusa un po' la tenda - c'è un balconcino, ma è inutilizzabile perché c'è un grande nido di vespe -il bagno davvero piccolo, nessun bidet e nessun piatto doccia ne segue che si allaga completamente il bagno - non c'è acqua calda e scorre molto lentamente - nessuna cucina - il bollitore sporchissimo - nessuna macchinetta del caffè - forniscono solo due asciugamani di cui quello per la doccia è estremamente piccolo e non vengono mai cambiati come anche le lenzuola - non c'è rifornimento di carta igienica - pavimento sporco perché il bagno si allaga e quindi lo sporco viene portato per tutta la camera e il pavimento non viene pulito
