Very quiet location. Meets the standard for a location I want to live in.

Besides the environment being very sandy, air conditioners in the rooms should keep the sand away.

An Elavator. They need to share that they do not have an elevator and guests have to go to the 3rd floor with luggage. I had a bakkie full of luggage.

The walking up the stairs to the 3rd floor with 5 luggage bags. I had to make 5 trips
