La disponibilità del proprietario, la vista mare dalla terrazza e la possibilità di avere un garage privato per l'auto.

La mancanza di aria condizionata si è fatta sentire nei giorni più caldi ma i ventilatori a soffitto sono stati una buona soluzione.
