Struttura situata in una posizione eccellente, a pochi metri dalla Basilica di San Francesco. Lo staff è stato sempre presente, gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. L’ambiente è molto accogliente e pulito, con uno spazio esterno per rilassarsi. Inoltre, la struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort e di elettrodomestici utili per ogni necessità. Consigliatissima!

Met by the host.

We had to wait over an hour, but then a further hour while she tried to explain how things worked, etc. A pleasant lady but too much time wasted. If the information was readily available it wouldn’t have taken so long. No Wi-Fi. Lots of steps to climb so not really suitable for older people.
