The apartment is a bit dark

Very spacious, well stocked kitchen, located on a leafy green street close to many restaurants, and especially a delicious bakery. Netflix was available. Hot water in kitchen. Hot water for showers when fan switch was turned on in smaller bathroom.

A bit noisy on a Saturday night, but rest of week was fine.

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Quite spacious. Had all the amenities.

Needs a key to enter and exit out of the main front door.

Superb location in the lively, trendy and cosmopolitan neighbourhood of La Condesa, with plenty of nice cafes, restaurants and bars nearby, and very close to Patriotismo Metro station. The apartment is set back from the street and we found it surprisingly quiet and peaceful, considering the nighlife nearby. The apartment was incredibly clean, spacious and well-equipped, with reliable Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. The guidance on how to access the apartment was detailed and clear, and the host had provided a helpful guide book with instructions on how to use the facilities.

The hot water was unreliable and often lukewarm, but we did not report this to the host, and it might have since been resolved.

This place was amazing! The apartment itself is set off the street, so it was very quiet. To get to it, you walk through a courtyard and up a flight of steps, so you are well-protected from any street noise. The street is very residential, so there isn't a lot of loud music playing at night. The apartment was spacious, with a comfortable living room area and a full dining table. The kitchen had filtered water and both bedrooms were large and comfortable. The washer and dryer in the laundry room were very easy to use and there were even a couple of drying lines in the laundry room on which you could hang clothes to dry. The kitchen was well equipped and had all of the utensils I needed. I could see myself staying here for an extended period of time and will definitely check to see if this apartment is available for my next trip to CDMX!
