Mario was great, we arrived 30 minutes late due to flight delay, but he waited at the Dream House without a cost even if the reception was already closed 💪

Mario was very helpful. Met us late, did not charge to late arrival. Let us leave the car next day while we were exploring archeological site of Pompei. Breakfast was good. A lot of nice restaurants around.

Friendly staff, central and convenient location for visiting Pompeii, and a lovely room facing Vesuvius! Breakfast was great, and meeting Molly the garden tortoise was very cool. Would recommend 😊!

The AC didn’t work in our room (an easy fix, and something we didn’t report due to it being late) - otherwise a faultless stay 😊

Soggiorno perfetto, camera bellissima e larga, tutto completamente nuovo, dal bagno alla camera. L’hotel è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e dall’ingresso agli scavi. Colazione molto varia e tipica, staff gentilissimo. Tornerò sicuramente!

Wonderful hosts, clean and spacious room with high ceilings, fantastic location. We used the hot tub in the evening, which was brilliant for the children - it had a beautiful view. Great breakfast and restaurant recommendations and we loved the tortoise Molly in the garden!
