It was near city center, adequate price

There was a problem with the internet connection it was impossible to connect, there was constant dampness in the room, there was a problem with the neighbors - a dog barked on the balcony all night, making it impossible to sleep, the reported problem was not solved, there was no kettle in the kitchen.
