1.不管是搭公車還是去夜市都很方便 2.高樓層視野讓人心曠神怡 3.工作人員很親切 4.早餐補得很勤勞，雖然選擇沒有很多，但可以一直吃到熱的原型食物 5.電梯爬升穩又快速

1.窗戶玻璃不夠乾淨，但高樓層也能理解清潔不易（不要太靠近看沒差，距離能產生美感） 2.窗台邊有漏水的跡象
