Proximité avec la gare, 15 minutes à pied pour aller aux cinques terres, hôte très accueillante qui nous a offert de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner ainsi qu’une bouteille de Prosecco, balcon très agréable

Pas de parking privé mais on a réussi à trouvé une place gratuite dans la rue à quelques rues, l’hôte nous a indiqué tous les emplacements gratuits

Stanza pulita ed accogliente, come da descrizione. L'appartamento si trova in una zona periferica ma allo stesso tempo molto carina di la Spezia. Cuscini e letto comodi.

Aggiungerei una seconda sedia nella stanza.

"Struttura consigliata"

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, siamo arrivati in auto, parcheggiato fronte struttura, comodissimo. Struttura ristrutturata, tutto nuovo, pulito, la Sig.ra Anna gentilissima ci ha aspettato per il check-in causa nostro ritardo. Colazione ok, succo, brioches, bollitore e microonde per thè o caffè solubile.
