MKThis is a perfect place for a short stay in Volos! Very good location, quiet place, near the city center! Clean and spacious apartment in a new building!
There was a small problem with the parking lot where only 2-3 cars could be parked. Therefore, you can park only if there is a free lot or you have to park behind another car which is a real problem.

Otopark sıkıntı halbuki otopark var diye burayı tercih etmiştim. 2 tane yer var boş bulursanız aracınızı park edebiliyorsunuz. Mesela küllük yoktu,şişeyi küllük yapmak zorunda kaldım. Kurutmalık kırıktı kullanamadık. Tesis sahibinin sizinle ilgisi sadece binaya nasıl giriş yapacağınızla ilgili. Diğer kaldığım yerlerde bina sahipleri çok daha fazla ilgilendiler.
ILThe building and appartment are in new condition. Very clean, in perfecg location , close to the center snd promenade, close to the port. The host is available all the time and answer during short time. Kitchen is equipped with all you need, in new confition.
The mattress is too soft for us. The bed needs some repair or maintanance -it is very noisy, every change position is accompanied with noise. It will be nice if there will be some basic things for cooking like salt, sugar, pepper in the kitchen.
