XKEverything!!! Modern interior design, clean, very comfortable appartment. Location is perfect especially for tourists that come from far and dont have a second chance to visit the city. Restaurants, coffie shops .. .. I do go to Thessaloniki at least 2-4 times a week .. this was the best place for me.

GBWell appointed accommodation, just off Egnatia. Kitchenette with necessary facilities for cooking and a spacious living area for unwinding. Close to Agyia Sofia church. Lots of fantastic eateries nearby. Close to bus stops and subway. Short walk to Aristotelus square. As a matter of fact, we didn’t stay in the accommodation as some technical glitches caused problem with hot water supply. Perhaps the best part of the stay was Gio. The young gentleman who came to sort out hot water problem. He was polite and very friendly. He tried his best to resolve the hot water issue. Finally he helped us to relocate to another Urban Folks property (Socratou) which is 5 mins walk away. He even presented us with a bottle of wine. The second accommodation was equally good except for two minor issues
Nothing negative about urban folks Svolou. Urban folks was good too except for a fiddly shower control and a musty smell in the lift. The inside of apartment it self was clean)
