I booked room before a month and made partial payment too, when I called their call center on the arrival, they said rooms are ready, when we reached at hotel reception told us no rooms are available, all rooms are booked. I showed reservations details too. She said Fab informed us today morning about your reservations and hotel is booked. We can arrange you in another hotel, we didn't have option. The other hotel SKY City was pathetic, we have booked 2 deluxe suits, but we got a very small room for double occupancy, there was no room for extra matress as we have a child with us. There was no hot water, bathroom was small and not clean. Inspite of Booking 2 delux suits we have to stay in a small room. The hotel location was far away from earlier one, so it took us an hour to sort the check in, so our further plans got delayed. When we spoke to call center person, he didn't answer our queries. It was a worst experience. I suggest Never go for Fab solitare.

I had booking at FabExpress Solitaire, Surat on 28-11-2024 to 29-11-2024 , I was travellign with my dad, when i arrived at the hotel the staff was sleeping at the reception , as i had arrived early I requested for early checkin and paid extra 100rs per hour so total i apid was 1195ra at hotel and 342rs pre payment on booking.com. After i checked I compliant to staff that room and toilets are not cleaned , they mentioned everything was cleaned, the bedsheets were dirty with stains so they chnaged it in front of me, there were toilet papers the staff mentioned toilet paper is over, the dustbin in the room was not cleared from the previous guest and it had condoms disposed off , I was travelling with my Dad and hence left the hotel at the same moment, i had complaint to Booking.com as well. I need the compensation for this behaviour as I thought Fab hotels are great and not like these cheap hotels. I need an urgent answer to this.

You have free breakfast but note a available. And room ni cleaning. Wash room durty.

Rooms were okay but several things were not good. Staff courtesy was good

Water bottles not provided. Same property is sold independently viz, You, Fab and sol8tiare which is unethical. I have a good opinion about fab hotels but was shocked that it was oyo room as well. Not upto the Fab hotels standards. Parking cellar was dark without lights.
