Location only

Internet and TV set up was not ready after check in .Staff was making their effort to resolve issue. One of washroom window glass was broken and not suitable for family. Swimming pool stair are in damage condition. Owner charged more than booking.com invoice as well serval follow up invoice / payment receipt not given by management. Management found not customer friendly and not following terms and conditions as per booking.

A lovely property. We fell in love with it the minute we walked in!! Though the trip was super short would definitely want to go back and spend more time. Can't wait to go back !
