In general we really like Town Place Hotels. We stay in Hotels frequently, and up til now, Town Place would be our number one pick. But, not any more!!!! We stayed at this Town Place Hotel, and the hotel accidentally charged us the for the room, when we had already paid through Hotels.com. I have called the Hotel many times and no one picks up the phone. I have spoken to a someone at the front desk twice. The last time I was able to get through, they said a manager would call us. That happened a week ago; no call and we still don’t have our money refunded!!

I liked that the property was new. It was clean and it came with a small kitchen.

I stayed here for a Friday night and Saturday night. Saturday night room 108 floors were soaking wet I called the front desk she apologized and asked if I wanted towels. I told her no she then proceeded to ask if she could call me back and she never did.

Love everything breakfast could have been better couldn't enjoy bc the person that was there at desk was so sick coughing very bad shouldn't been at work believe she had the flu

It was booked and paid through booking.com and my son arrived first and the lied to him and charged his credit card. We have been trying to get reimbursed from them and booking.com ever since. They got paid twice and are telling us it’s not their problem.

The great front desk workers. They are very professional and very helpful. The room sizes, and the comfortable beds . The great nourishing and healthy breakfast. The food was delicious and very many different options.

No complaints!! Great property !

Some struggles understanding reservation needs and first room was not ready but it was quickly remedied with a replacement.
