There were staff at reception to check us in and provide assistance. Location facing the bay and in the middle of town was excellent. We had a small balcony and big window with a great view of the water and Mount Pico. Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was brand new. Kitchen appliances were new and high quality.

Très bonne expérience pour dépanner alors que notre vol entre les îles a été annulé. L'accueil a été très chaleureux pour nous trouver une place à souper alors qu'il était rendu passé 22h.
