The property is well maintained, clean and easy access.

I found ants all over my room and bathroom. And the WiFi posted in my room didn’t correctly match any of the networks and the password was not correct so I couldn’t take an important virtual meeting I had during my stay. Overall I would not stay here again and for the price I would have been better off staying elsewhere.

The property was very close to BoA 13.1 mile race in Garfield Park. The access to get in was horrendous. I filled out all the pre-check-in information so entry would be smooth and simple. It turned out to be a nightmare. The form just kept asking for more and more things that could not just be answered. This was totally unaaceptible. It should be possible to save the progress while determing how to get the next ridiculous item being demanded. All while standing outside in a very unsafe looking area. No request was made for this information prior to me departing for my trip. As it should not have been since everything had already been submitted.

Clean, bright, welcoming. Close to places to get food for making a meal. Bars and restaurants nearby. Just a short bus ride from the train to get there.

the facility was super clean and overall terrific.

the bed mattress was not up to par. kept me up the whole night.

Small, comfortable room. Nothing special, but nothing negative to say about it either. Customer service is excellent.
