The location, the balcony and most of all the staff. The owner waited for us at 2 am when we arrived (we had a big delay) to open the door and hand over the room. They had nice garden but we didn't have time to check it out.

The bed sheets were not fresh, the shower and the toilet were clogged, no toiletries and no cleaning products(considering that was a shared bathroom we should have them). However we slept and go.
