Staff was very friendly and attentive

It seems to be a stingy hotel for the following reasons: 1) We got a smaller room than we paid for. 2) We booked in 2 people, however only got one bottle of water, one towel etc. After asking to get a 2. Bottle, we had to pay for it. 3) Same for the "complimentary breakfast" where not even coffee is included. We were told that coffee and plantains were included, but when we wanted to order it, only English breakfast and no beverage was included? Again, we booked a room for 2 people. But after (!) having eaten 2 breakfasts we were charged for the 2. Breakfast since only one is complementary!? --}It was also not possible to get the breakfast for free since they didn't give us the correct room - no concessions. Not that I cannot pay for my bottle of water, but this treatment did not make me feel very welcome

The hotel is neat, enjoyed the oriental rice a lot and the friendly waiter ( I cannot recall his name but he is good). The staff is friendly

The Internet is just for devices, I don't like that.
