Posizionato in una zona tranquilla a poca distanza di automobile dal mare di Lavagna/Chiavari. La struttura è interamente al piano terra e non dispone di una vera camera disabili (eravamo informati di questo). Presente un piccolo gradino di 5 cm in ingresso, bagno stretto per sedie a rotelle, per cui se ci fossero disabili con sedie con larghezza maggiore di 60cm, avrebbero problemi. Doccia con alto gradino. Nel nostro caso non abbiamo riscontrato nessun problema. Presente in camera un frigorifero, televisore e cassaforte. La cena nel ristorante sottostante è stata gradevole.

Colazione in camera migliorabile. Sarebbe gradito un maniglione in bagno per aiutare i trasferimenti.
