Crazy Gecko Dondet

Nous étions les seuls de l’hôtel en cette période basse mais très peu d’échange de la part de notre hôte hormis bonjour / bonne nuit. Peut être était il timide? Le petit dej était bon Jolie vue sur le Mékong La présence de hamacs pour se détendre La Clim

- hyper bruyant : nous avons séjourné 3 nuits et avons mal dormi les 3 nuits. Chiens qui hurlent, rue passante (scooter, bateaux), coq juste à côté, le voisin qui fait ses travaux le matin tôt, la vie courante de la famille au rdc > conseil : vivez au rythme des locaux - personnel peu bavard et aimable - moustiquaire trouée et trop petite : à changer - un mille patte nous ait tombé dessus la nuit et a traversé la moustiquaire pleine de trous (voir photo) - Aucun rabais sur les vélos ou autres services (laverie) alors que des loueurs voisins font des meilleurs prix en saison basse > nous avons pris ailleurs - refill d’eau pas possible alors qu’ils ont la bombonne d’eau Le rapport qualité prix est trop élevé, encore plus en saison basse

Camera semplice ma con tutto il necessario a un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo mangiato anche molto bene nella struttura.

Molto bella la posizione davanti al fiume. Stanza essenziale ma carina. Ottimo per rilassarsi.

Purtroppo non avevamo specchio in bagno.

Personnel très sympathique, arrangeant et attentionné. Emplacement idéal, au bord de l'eau, calme et près du "centre" de DonDet. Prix des locations de vélo et du restaurant plus que raisonnable. J'ai passé 4 jours agréables

Great size family room. Lovely big hammock balcony. We had a river fish BBQ at the restaurant (order the day ahead) and it was gorgeous. Saw the daily alms ceremony from the balcony.

Shared balcony (or at least no partitions) gave less privacy. 1km walk from the dock, but you could get a tuktuk.

Great views of the Mekong from the balcony. Lovely restaurant for breakfast. An easy walk from the port, and away from the busyness. Loved the hammocks !

I stayed at this hotel for five days. It was such a peaceful and beautiful hotel. I had a room right next to and above the river. There was a little terrace with a table, chairs, and a hammock. There was no air conditioning, which was fine given the temperatures I experienced (there were two fans in the room). The room was basic, but lovely. The restaurant was also very good. It was nice to have a place close by to get food and drinks. I also rented a bike for 30k.

You might have some trouble with the insects.
