I wouldn’t normally leave a negative review, but my experience deserves to be shared. I had arranged to arrive early and was told that it was fine at no point was I informed there would be an additional early check-in fee. Only when I arrived was I suddenly asked to pay this fee. I was surprised, but I went ahead and made the payment immediately, in front of the staff member. Despite this, I was asked to send proof of payment. I took a screenshot and sent it, yet just minutes later, the same staff member came back banging on the door saying the screenshot “wasn’t proper.” This was after she had watched me make the payment and seen the confirmation on my phone. The way it was handled felt aggressive and unnecessarily rude. To add to that, when I asked if they had a reception area, I was dismissively told, “I am the reception area,” while the staff member was on a personal video call. The lack of professionalism and courtesy made what should have been a smooth check-in feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I hope future guests have a better experience, but I can’t say I’d return or recommend this place based on how I was treated.
