"Unpleasant stay"

Nothing much to say, except for the two teenager staffs, they were kind and helpful, though the place is totally dissapointing.

Reviews and pictures from Booking.com vs reality was totally different. Place wasn't hygienic. Pool was so dirty, linens has tears and old blood stain. Toilet wasn't clean, shower room no roof top. Water flow in shower too bad, no place for water to flow. Cupboard full of dust. Aircond remote not functioning. Have to climb on bedside cabinet to reach the aircond in order to turn on & off. Not able to change room temperature. Lot of mosquitoes and saw a lizard too. Front desk staffs not available 24/7. They only come when there are people for check in and check out and to serve breakfast. The place is quite remote area, therefore getting a Grab is not easy. Not able to locate the location when we book the Grab. Have to walk further up to the main road to get a Grab. Checking out day was a big hassle, have to pull our luggages to the main road. Not sure how this place has rated 8.7/10 in booking.com.

"SUPERB VILLA"

Staff was friendly and helped us in all ways . They arranged couple pool decoration with floating breakfast at nomination price. Recommended to the ones who wants villa with private pool . Astonishing stay. It has kitchen with maximum eminities.Very good stay at NOMINAL PRICE in Ubud
