The staff were lovely and very accomodating. Tv e location was great, right in the middle of lakeside and being New years right in the mix of the street festival. The room was comfortable and clean and had great mountain views.

The open shower made a bit of a mess on the bathroom, but we have experienced that in a few places

Fantastic views of the lake and mountains from my room! Ask for room 505! Nice breakfast. Short walk to the lake.

It takes a long time for hot water to reach your shower. But when you're on the 5th floor, I guess that's not a surprise.
