The property is in an excellent location, has a beautiful view and has ample outdoor space for group gatherings -- sadly, that is where the positives end. The villa has much potential, but the experience is ruined by poor management and poor maintenance.

Maintenance: Unlike the glossy pictures depicting a new, clean villa, the space is actually very run down and barely maintained. Per these images, the bathroom floors are dirty, have molding/ rusting corners and are not thoroughly cleaned. Walls need a paint job, which does not appear to have been done in a long time. Basic things throughout the property, such as lights, do not work. Cleanliness: The property advertises "daily cleaning" as an included service, but the service provided is far from cleaning. Upon arrival, the shower drains still contained hair from the prior guests. Duvet covers smell like body odor and clearly not cleaned between guests. The housekeeping staff does not come every day -- rather, only when you contact the host and repeatedly follow up; even then, the cleaning is minimal and limited to making beds. There was a pest issue that required constant spraying. Service: As other reviewers stated, the host (Ioanna) is not easily reachable. While she has a friendly demeanor, it does not make up for the fact that she selectively responds to messages. When she does respond, she often does not address the question at hand. Privacy & Safety: Throughout our stay, there were multiple groups of workers (and even non-workers) coming through the property unannounced. While we recognized and expected the housekeeping staff, the remainder we did not and were given no heads up about any planned work. One morning we even found a man sitting on the property who refused to leave -- when asked why he was there, he answered that he was "allowed" to be there because he was a "friend of the housekeeper". Ioanna did nothing to address the issue when we raised it to her. Ethics: Perhaps the most questionable was that we were asked to write an "excellent" review in exchange for compensation.

Iconic views of Platys Gualos beach that is located within walking distance (3-4mins) from the villa! The villa is perfect for big groups of people and there are a lot of outdoor spaces where the group can get together!

Once you’ve reached Platys Gualos the road to the villa is a bit narrow if you are not experienced with driving in the islands you might struggle a bit.

Look our, because it is only a four bedroom villa not a six bedroom villa as advertised. On arrival we were checking out who sleeps where and there were people who had to sleep in the attic and in the kitchen. The owner is very hard to get hold of, and since there were no other option near by we took the place but for price advertised there are major issues.
