Chicken Ranch Casino Resort

So impressed with spotless interior. Amazed with the art work. Enjoyed plush appointments in my room. The mattress was heaven. The pool and workout room were superior.

The room was amazing first off. The view on 7th floor was beautiful especially with the rain we had. Perfect bed and one hell of a shower. The tablet by the bed with my name already on it was a unique and homey touch. The gaming floor was clean and flowing and very lively. Spent plenty of hours there and at the OG casino. The restaurants in the building were absolutely the best such delicious meals. Definitely plan to come back again!

Only things that were off was no microwave, but at the time we had brought food back from restaurants and would've liked to been able to reheat but unfortunately could not due to no microwave in the room. But understand most resorts, hotels, motels etc quite putting in room microwaves. Secondly was pillows being like marshmallows you just sink into with no neck support. But being that I and my wife prefer a bit more solid pillows for support and not everyone else does it's not an issue. Lastly in the shower and bathroom there were no extra shelves for towels or personal products which would've been nice being we just had to leave our shampoos on the shower floor.

I asked in the morning to have my room cleaned, to come back later at night and still not cleaned, had to call and ask again. They take the alcohol you have in your hand regardless if you bought it or not after 2 am ,No warning or signs saying that. Staff is very flirty as well. Room was great. Staff could do better

The room was really clean. It was amazing. The staff were very helpful. The balcony view was amazing and the casino was fun.
