We spent one wonderful day at this hotel. The location is great, on the hill with the great view and one minute drive to Petra entrance. The staff are incredibly friendly! The hotel and rooms are clean, the pool is great and the breakfast is generous and offers everything you need. We truly felt wonderful here. Considering the price, the value is amazing. We warmly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nedoceněné ubytování pro všechny kdo mají auto. Hotel na vrchu s krásným výhledem, velmi přátelským a ochotným personálem. Bohatá snídaně, komfortní ubytování za dobrou cenu. Doporučujeme !

Quietness

We had a booking at Petra Canyon Hotel, but when we arrived, we were told that unfortunately there was no available room for us. However, the manager, Ali, immediately took care of the situation — he arranged a room for us in an even better hotel and kindly invited us for dinner at Petra Canyon, completely free of charge. The dinner was absolutely delicious, and the hotel owner, Adael, treated us like VIP guests. We were truly touched by the kindness, generosity, and warm hospitality of everyone we met. It was an unforgettable experience — we have never encountered such genuine care and friendliness before. Thank you so much for making our stay in Jordan so special! ❤️

I cannot rate this place more highly! Our room was brilliant and had great facilities. The hotel has a swimming pool that can be cold but after a hot day spent at Petra it was a welcome relief. The restaurant is large and has a good selection of food and of good quality. The staff have been the best bit of this trip, they have been brilliant. They always wanted to interact with our 1yo son. They were always smiling and friendly, the perfect staff members.

The room did need a little bit of attention, a better clean before our arrival as we found a tooth brush head under the sink. There was stuff that needed repairing such as the skirting around the bath, the plinth of the sink was broken as well.

Vriendelijk personeel: hebben voor ons kaartjes voor Petra by Night geregeld. Op 5 minuten van Petra visitor centre. Eigen parkeerplaats. Het (ontbijt)buffet is prima. Ruime kamer. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Lits très confortables. Avec draps agréables. Climatisation bien appréciable. Petit déjeuner sous forme de grand buffet varié. À la sortie de la ville donc sûrement plus calme que dans le centre.

On entend un petite musique côté rue jusqu’à assez tard le soir, sûrement liée au restaurant en dessous.
