Glencartholm Farm by Wigwam Holidays

It was clean and instructions on using the hot tub was very clear. Toiletries were provided along with enough towels for our duration of stay.

The electric hobs on ten countertop kept on turning off by themselves and it was difficult to get them back on again.

Easy friendly warm check in and a walk through on how to work everything, nothing was a hassle! The hot tub was lovely!

The location was amazing, the sunset view from our pod was amazing and we could see the alpacas munching on the grass the whole evening! We have never used one of these hot tubs before and found the instructions super helpful- also the fact that additional wood/ firelighters are available but we did not need any as they gave us a generous amount (luckily as we were useless!) They did also pre-heat the hot tub for us which was kind. Even the paths from the car park to the cabins are pretty. The attention to detail was lovely, I wish we had more than one night here! The kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you could need and there is a lot of alpaca wool used in the decor which is a nice touch :)

The driveway. There was no damage to my tires or car, but I imagine a smaller car may struggle. It was filled by big chunky rubble, which is great for farm vehicles but is just a little bumpy for smaller cars. I am aware that the alternative is a muddy sludgy track so this is definitely better. This did not affect our stay whatsoever and it would not turn me off from going again. Only putting this because booking.com asked me for a negative!
