Il punto, centralissimo.

1. Disorganizzazione. Il check-in fatto in un bar, il check-out fatto in un altro bar dove si è fatto colazione senza essere mai preventivamente informati. 2. La stanza piccolina, letti scomodissimi con reti a molle, senza doghe in legno, il phon rotto in bagno e i sanitari non adeguatamente fissati a terra. 3. Colazione sufficiente.
