Room was recently renovated and nice. Location was good and safe, not far from the public transport.

There was a bad smell coming from the sewage/drainage system of the toilet (sewage and mold smell). Not continuously but most of the time. Also the host was providing only one towel for the body per person for 5 days (no cleaning in between), not for face nor hair. If you wanted a towel for face/hair you had to pay an extra amount of 5 euros per pieces. In addition the bed duvet had a stain and was not properly cleaned.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. We chose this place as it had good ratings about the cleanliness and the stuff. After a long day, we finally checked into the place and the first thing we saw after turning the lights on was the bed without any sheets. The bedsheets were simply put in a plastic bag for us to do it and the sheets were all messy. The floor was dirty. There was a lot of hair on it. The toilet had yellow stains on it. They simply never cleaned after the last guests checked out which made our first impression horrible. After this disgusting check in, we tried contacting them through everywhere possible and were not successful until we called their support line and told them that nobody cleaned after the last guests checked out, the staff told us that they would send someone to clean the place. When asked for an estimated time of arrival, the apathetic staff never gave us any proper response. This situation lasted over 3 hours until we couldn’t wait in the room anymore and left it. They cleaned the place after 3 hours and never apologized or compensated for this disrespectful behavior.

Poor facilities. Such a simple thing as a teapot was missing and we had to warm up the water in a microwave. The shower water was simply filling the whole bathroom if we took a shower for more than 5 minutes. Overall, expect for the location, everything was simply bad and not what we expected at all. However, since this was simply the worst place we ever stayed to, I’d prefer to choose a farther location from the center but have better conditions.

Great location and had everything you’d need. The hosts have provided a snack and drinks. The front door had three locks. Windows had anti burglary shutters. Place was nice and clean. And surprisingly nice, longer pillows.

The shower - washing machine situation…
