"Pool party at the waterhole."

The lodge is directly by the dunes. The food is good. The chalets are good.

A purely tourist lodge. On the afternoon of our arrival alone, 4 tour buses arrived. The staff is excessively friendly: "How are you?" and "How is your day?" has to be anwered at least twice an hour. Guests are walking through the waterhole aerea...

+ Room and bathroom all clean. + They left us a gift for our wedding anniversary which was really nice. + Not all staff looked happy to work but we noticed manager was around and she greeted us warmly each time. + Special kudos to Nesto (from the reception) who welcomed us and took care of us during our stay. He booked us in for dinner at another property and it was all done so smooth. We loved it! All of this we rate 10/10.

- Breakfast was a bit poor quality (not a lot of options for vegetarian or lactose-intolerant people) - Good WiFi in the main reception area but no Internet in the room All of this we rate 7/10.

"good choice a great value for money."

It's a nice and cosy place. The location is excellent for a visit of Sossusvlei. The public areas are also comfortable and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back there again.
