Really cute flat with everything you need! Really easy to communicate with the owner. Easy to have the check in informations. The neighborhood was safe. Near Deep Ellum maybe 30 min by walk and a couple of minute by bus or car. There was a bus stop nearby also.

I loved how equipped they were, it was a very cute little place to stay they even had a little playpen in the closet for those that might have kids.

The gates outside did not lock they were almost always opened

location, tvs, Wifi, parking, kitchen appliances, and heating were all good

the floors were somewhat sticky. the apartment above had very creaky and loud floors

The neighborhood was a historic neighborhood with plantation style homes and that were restored and kept historic.

The hallways were a little dirty. They could have used a nice power washing.

so sad cause the day we suppose to stay at this property they called the same day and said it was t available cause booking.com double booked so we had to find something else at the last min 😩 But the lady did reach out and refunded me my money but it was such a inconvenience cause last minute trying to find somewhere to stay when you on your way to the place can be very frustrating

very loud and noisy neighbors upstairs. we never got one goods nights rest in our 5 night stay. very dissapointing. we contacted the renters a couple times they have NO response to the noise upstairs. our work trip was somewhat ruined to the jack of no sleep. don’t stay there again.
