We had a wonderful one-week stay at this property in Costa da Lavos during July 2025. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The house was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location is ideal – just a short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants and shops, yet still peaceful and quiet. The hosts were warm and welcoming, making sure we felt at home and had all the information we needed to enjoy the area. We especially loved the outdoor space, which was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and evening sunsets. This property exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway.

Muy bien ubicado. Súper cerca de la playa, restaurantes, bares, tienda para comprar comida, ... Nos facilitó sombrilla, paravientos y esterillas de playa. La casa tiene todo lo necesario y esta muy linda. La estancia familiar fue estupenda. Incluso a la llegada nos ofreció un poco de vino de oporto, un detalle.

La cocina no estaba muy limpia y la nevera bastante sucia. No había bolsas de basura.

Alojamento muito limpo, host muito simpática e sempre disponível para receber muito bem os seus hóspedes. O alojamento fica muito perto da praia.

Die Ausstattung vom Haus und die Dekorationen sind perfekt. Die Lage 50 m vom Strand ist super. Die Vermieter haben uns sogar Strandmatten, Strandtuch, Sonnenschirm und Windfang zur Verfügung gestellt, das haben wir so noch nie erlebt und uns riesig gefreut, da wir das im Flieger nicht mitnehmen.

Two-bedroom house, very close to the beach. There are two bedroom upstairs, with a bathroom, and downstairs there is another bathroom, with a open plan living/kitchen (there is a sofa downstairs, the TV (we didn't use it), and dining table for 4. The place has everything you need: dishwasher, fridge, stove, capsule coffee maker (the host left some for us to use), washing machine. There are plenty of plates/glasses for eating in. Internet has decent speed for casual user (we didn't stream or work while there). There is no breakfast, but there is a little bar close by, where they sell freshly made bread. There are also a couple of stores to buy some food. The host waited for us, and explained us the house, the rules (not that many), and left us a small bottle of port wine. The house was clean, so no problems there. Also, they have beach towels, as well as a beach umbrella

All the doors are sliding doors (including the bathroom doors), so maybe the privacy can be an issue. Also, the bedstand lights have cold lightbulbs (6000K or so), so it may give a sterile light in the room. All of these may be small inconvenience for other people, but they didn't bother us

Não tinha pequeno almoço, mas tem um pão quente perto. Inserido numa aldeia calma e pacata.

Foi-me cobrado a taxa de turismo a entrada, mas no ato da reserva diz estar incluída.
