Cabañas Chalets Piedra Alta Zacatlan

El lugar, estas en medio del bosque,, la decoración de la cabaña excelente y la ropa de cama muy cómoda. Un lugar para desconectarte completamente.

El camino para llegar, nos tocó ver un auto atorado en el lodo.

Las vistas al bosque, la cabaña, la paz y tranquilidad que puedes encontrar.

La verdad todo fue perfecto, tan es así que regresé por segundo año con mi familia.

La distribución de la cabaña, el espacio amplio del baño, la vista por la ventana arriba de la cama, el silencio en las noches, la atención de la persona encargada, la cercanía con el Valle de las Piedras encimadas

Tal vez el camino para llegar, lo podrían tratar de mejorar

Infrastructure are new, well maintained. The cabin has a lot of equipment , BBQ, coffee machine, kitchen etc... Bed was really comfortable. The cabin is well located , no noises , and walking distance to the Valle de las piedras encimadas.

Cabin was getting really warm in the morning starting 9Am , but we were there during a really warm week end. This region is normally colder.

The cabins are lovely and well-equipped. The room is lovely, the beds are comfy, and it has no wifi or TV. The views are stunning. The concept is great; more cabins are being built, and hopefully, more amenities will be offered. There is little to do with children if it rains, which was our case. We would have liked more board games, but adults will cope just fine.

We were not expecting the hike to our last cabin, which made it hard for my mom with a knee problem. We would've liked to park closer to the cabin since there was a pickup truck from the construction workers very close to the cabin. All of the above is unimportant, but the inefficient electric and hot water issue was not. The current is not enough for the heater and lights to work properly. The lights were flickering, and the heating was losing power constantly, making the loft's upper side extremely cold. My family had an awful night due to the cold beds upstairs. The hot water is only enough for a 15-minute shower, and later, it takes almost an hour to heat again, making it very hard for a party of 5 to shower. The sink had no hot water, making washing dishes terrible because you need to consider temperatures below 0 °C in that area. I'd only consider going back in the summer because of this.
