Jack is very friendly, he tries to help as much as he can. I felt very comfortable. The room very nice. The breakfast very complete. I couldn't finish all the food they provide. I had a very good time.

Location was nice and close to Waikato Hospital. The room was very quiet, comfortable, warm and clean. Craig was very welcoming when we arrived and the whole process was easy. It was fabulous to have breakfast sorted with cereals, yoghurt, toast, spreads, a selection of coffee and tea, milk and even Up and Go protein drinks! They have thought of everything you would need especially if you needed to make regular trips up to the hospital. Thank you Craig for a fabulous and easy place to stay when there are other stresses going on in life!

The only thing is maybe a TV in the room would have been good.

Great location in the beautiful city of Hamilton. Lots of room for one person, so nice to have a separate sitting area. Craig and Janet are extremely welcoming and helpful hosts.

The lack of good size windows is fine for a short stay, but I am very used to having garden and sky views.

Very nice couple owns the place, the place is clean and comfortable and includes breakfast. Excellent location, which is right across the lake. I would definitely recommend this place :)

The location is perfect. Easy to be found. Just by the side of the Hamilton Lake Domain, which has beautiful lake view and comfortable walk lane. Parking friendly. The rooms are really really nice. one bedroom, one bathroom & one lovely living room. Just like a comfortable home. Comfortable bed. Comfortable towels. And the breakfast is generous. I like the decoration of the rooms, which indicates a very simplify & elegant lifestyle of the host.

Excellent choice

The location was really great very central and has a lovely lake walk across the road. The separate and quiet living space was perfect with all one needed, a comfortable bedroom and bed, lovely bathroom and seating area with kitchen amenities and a good variety of breakfast goodies, tea, coffee and snacks. It was very clean, neat and tidy and I would gladly recommend it and will definitely visit again. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. My stay was very pleasurable.
