Abszolút rend és tisztaság fogadott minket. Minden pontosan a megbeszéltek szerint került elrendezésre és átadásra. Az apartman jól felszerelt, kényelmes, jó elhelyezkedésű, nem zajos az utca. Mindössze pár perc sétára a legközelebbi villamosmegállótól. Igény szerint privát (mélygarázs) parkolót bocsátanak rendelkezésre (felár ellenében, de ez pontosan le is van írva) Legjobb és legkényelmesebb választásnak minősült.
