The whole night the washing machine in the upstairs apartment was running, and I could hear everything from all the apartments. The building was built in the Soviet Union in the 1970s, Series 602 — using the cheapest materials and without any sound insulation. I promise, you will never be able to sleep here.

The cost was very reasonable. The feel of the area and building was somewhat industrial, in it's aesthetic. Whilst the building felt old, the apartment was clean and excellent value for money. I felt no safety issues whatsoever and everything that we needed was provided.

On my visit, I believe the apartment could have been aired a little.

Хорошее расположение квартиры, рядом отставка общественного транспорта, магазины. Район тихий и спокойный.
