Location of the property is close to the Varsholi beach . Housekeeping and staff was very helpful

The behaviour of the staff. Especially the receptionist and the hotel and kitchen manager The receptionist Kranti, advised me to cancel the booking from booking.com and asked to do it directly from them. Initially she said, in 3500 + taxes she will give me breakfast and dinner for 2 adults. But later on she changed her words and called me out that I did not here it well. Their arrangement of taking the money advance is not a right thing. I asked her for the contact no of the owner, to which she said she cannot give it. The hotel manager Naveen also manages the kitchen, I went to the kitchen to call him to get some cutlery, inspire of calling for 10-12 times there was no response. He was very mild and lacked the hotel industry hospitality and manners. The amount they are charging is not worth. There is a staunch smell inside the rooms, which Kranti said, it will go away in some time. The edges of the tables and beds are sharp and not at all kids friendly. Location is near to ⛱️, Good property however plumbing needs to maintained. Overall, a comfortable stay. Breakfast is poor 😭,

Bathroom is horrible , big but not cleaned. Shower is leaking from sides , plumbing is poor.
