The property and the location were ok

We had the temperature inside roughly 19-20 degrees and in january is cold. The problem was we could not set our temperature, only by the host from his phone. We had to call 5 times in 5 days to increase the heat. Is not possible to beg the host to increase the temeperature …

"BED BUGS"

Good location and well stocked kitchen.

Property is a lot less clean and modern than the pictures. We immediately noticed a foul smell coming from the bathroom and dirty walls. On our last night, I woke up covered in BED BUGS bites. Disgusting. Messaged host and he never replied. There is also no washing machine despite this being written in the listing.
