The Cozy Apartment

Convenient & good value for money😀nicely decorated in areas but the shower is either boiling or cold, needs a new thermostat. My daughter & I had a pleasant stay, thankyou.

Great location next to a large beautiful park & short walk to the Docks. The apartment was spacious for 2 people. There was a sofa and outdoor seating. The kitchen was well equipped. The private off road parking next to the entrance.

Bed was adequate but not that comfortable.

The bed was broken, and basically unusable. We didn’t find this out we went to bed. I have photos. Ended up on the sofa bed with the mattress on top. I phoned and left a message next morning and have since emailed them directly. No response.

Nice location, walking distance to the city centre, and lovely gardens nearby.

The place itself was a little rundown, sofa not so comfortable as well as the bed, which really needs a new mattress ( couldn't get much sleep before my interview in the morning as the mattress was so old and uncomfortable it kept sinking in )

Great location for where I needed to be. Comfortable and warm. Nice to have a bath.

No tea/coffee sachets when only staying one night would help or even the option to purchase a ‘welcome pack’ with tea/coffee and or milk. The toilet seat doesn’t stay up and the seat slides.
