Staff was AMAZING! The view incredible!

Beautiful location and comfortable room

The reception staff were not friendly and did not make us feel welcome. The location is great but very rural you need a car and the hotel is split over 3 buildings, unfortunately the one we were in was quite new and there was a bad smell outside (possibly the septic tank) hot tub was unfortunately cold. Only paper cups in the room and no coffee machine. Didn’t feel it was worth the money.

Bello il casale, la natura circostante e la zona piscina anche se noi non ne abbiamo usufruito in quanto faceva freddo.

Note negative sono l’odore di fogna che è persistito nella nostra stanza per tutta la durata del soggiorno, il riscaldamento impossibile da spegnere, il Wi-Fi che rendeva difficile qualsiasi attività online. La colazione non dà 4 stelle

Het hoofdgebouw is prachtig. Het hotel ligt mooi in het midden van de Chianti.

De nieuwe villa is compleet sfeerloos en ongezellig. Ontbijt was in andere gebouw waarvoor je de auto moest nemen. We hadden ons deze locatie anders voorgesteld. Het restaurant (gelegen in het hoofdgebouw) was goed maar de dame die ons bediende was erg slecht. Onbeschoft, schreeuwend en ook nog eens keiharde muziek. Wij hadden ons het verblijf anders voorgesteld. Vooraf hadden we gevraagd om een afsluitbare ruimte voor onze fietsen, die was er niet en de fietsen moesten op de kleine kamer erbij.

Bellissima struttura nel mezzo del verde, la piscina top, stanza molto pulita

La nostra stanza era molto rumorosa, entrambe le sere abbiamo sentito fino a tardi il vociare dello staff e i rumori della cucina e delle stoviglie (purtroppo la porta tra cucina e reception veniva lasciata sempre aperta e si sentiva tutto dalla nostra stanza). Se volete andare ok, ma chiedete di non essere messi nella stanza numero 2 (vicina appunto alla reception/cucina/ristorante/area colazione). Per il costo della struttura, assolutamente non all'altezza

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Le personnel est absolument adorable et nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise tout au long de notre séjour. L’environnement est magnifique et la nourriture excellente. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe d’avoir rendu notre séjour aussi génial !
